4. Project Requirements

Before the project begins, the client must provide:

  • Clear project requirements
  • Access credentials (WordPress, hosting, FTP, APIs, etc.)
  • Design files (Figma, PSD, etc.—if applicable)
  • Content, branding, and necessary materials

5. Pricing & Payments

Pricing may be:

  • Hourly
  • Part-time / Full-time
  • Fixed-price
  • Dedicated offshore team model

5.1 Payment Terms

  • For fixed-price projects: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion (unless otherwise agreed).
  • For hourly/monthly contracts: invoices are due immediately upon issue.
  • Payments must be made via approved methods (bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, Stripe, etc.).

5.2 Late Payments

Late payments may result in:

  • Project delays
  • Suspension of services
  • Removal of site access or deliverables until dues are paid

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

6.1 Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Hours already worked
  • Services delivered
  • Digital assets, code, or designs already created

A refund may only be issued if:

  • No work has started
  • No developer has been assigned

The project is canceled within 24 hours of payment

6.2 Cancellation

Clients may cancel a project by providing written notice.

Offshore WP may cancel service if:

  • The client violates these terms
  • Payments are not made
  • The project demands illegal, unethical, or harmful content

7. Deliverables & Timelines

We provide estimated timelines based on your project scope.

Timelines may be affected by:

  • Delayed feedback
  • Requirement changes
  • Technical issues outside our control
  • Third-party services (hosting, plugins, APIs)

We are not responsible for delays caused by external tools, server issues, or plugin conflicts introduced by the client or third-party developers.

8. Revisions Policy

Revisions included depend on the project agreement.

Clients must request revisions within:

  • 7–14 days after delivery (unless otherwise agreed)

Additional revisions outside the scope may incur extra charges.

9. Confidentiality & Security

We maintain strict confidentiality of:

  • Website login credentials
  • Business information
  • Project documents
  • Code and design assets

Clients are responsible for ensuring temporary credentials or secure access permissions.

We are not liable for issues caused by:

  • Non-secure hosting
  • Client misuse of credentials
  • Third-party plugin vulnerabilities

10. Intellectual Property Rights

10.1 Ownership

Upon full payment, the client owns:

  • Website code
  • Themes & plugins developed
  • Design files
  • Content created specifically for the project

10.2 Third-Party Assets

Third-party items remain the property of their respective owners, including:

  • Premium themes
  • Premium plugins
  • API tools
  • Stock images

11. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate project instructions
  • Respond within reasonable timeframes
  • Supply required content or access
  • Approve deliverables promptly
  • Maintain licenses for premium products

12. Limitation of Liability

Offshore WP is not responsible for:

  • Loss of data
  • Server failures
  • Hosting issues
  • Malware from client-installed plugins
  • SEO ranking drops
  • Third-party tool failures
  • Business losses due to downtime

13. No Guarantee Clause

We do NOT guarantee:

  • #1 SEO rankings
  • Exact timeline delivery affected by third parties
  • Specific performance results
  • Revenue increases

We guarantee we will deliver agreed-upon services using industry best practices.

14. Support & Maintenance

Support is available via:

  • Email
  • Project management tools
  • Chat/communication platforms

24/7 support applies only to clients under a maintenance or dedicated team plan.

15. Termination of Service

We may terminate service immediately if:

  • The client is abusive or unprofessional
  • Illegal or unethical project requests are made
  • Payments are overdue
  • Repeated violation of terms occurs

After termination, access to ongoing work may be restricted.

16. Updates to Terms

We may update this Terms & Conditions page at any time.  Changes take effect immediately upon being posted.
